Several years ago, I was really struggling. I was fresh out of college with my whole future ahead of me, but all I saw was fear and despair. I began to deal with anxiety and depression when I never had before. I had a great relationship with God and knew a lot of scripture, but somehow I was in this position. Instead of running from it and letting that limit me and steal my dreams, I decided to get help. I got the help I needed and then decided to become someone who helped others with the same thing. Total freedom is possible and you don't have to limit your dreams to what your emotions are telling you. A free heart is possible. 

Taking the steps towards healing and wholeness can be tough.

• It's hard to know who to trust and what methods are going to be used

• You don't want everyone knowing your business

• You don't want to try therapy, but you want some help without compromising your beliefs

You will learn skills like:

• decision-making and goal setting

• articulating and processing your feelings

• working through emotions that cause overwhelm

• and making sure that nothing from your past is holding you back

I walk you through all of that, figuring out where you are now and where you want to go, all through the help of the Holy Spirit and the foundation of His Word. You can finally have a safe space to grow and build your faith while allowing the Lord to bring healing and wholeness to you and your relationships.
